Data we process
We process account details such as name, email address, sign-in method, language preference, organization membership, and usage history.
When you submit a website URL, 1WRD stores site metadata, crawl results, URL snapshots, SEO issues, recommendations, exports, keyword data, rank projects, and related usage events.
Google Search Console and integrations
If you connect Google Search Console, 1WRD requests read-only Search Console access and stores encrypted OAuth tokens. We use this data to show Search Console properties, performance rows, URL Inspection results, and SEO opportunities.
Normal Google login is separate from Search Console access and uses only basic authentication scopes.
AI processing
1WRD can send limited SEO context to an AI provider to generate structured recommendations. We avoid sending secrets and do not use AI output as a substitute for professional judgment.
AI-estimated items are labeled separately from crawler, Search Console, imported, or provider-supplied data.
Cookies, security, and retention
1WRD uses cookies and session tokens for authentication and security. Operational logs may include safe metadata such as request timing, health checks, and usage events.
You can request account data export or deletion from the account area or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting, or operational integrity.
